ROTATING JOINTS FOR WATER, AIR, OIL, VACUUM

This is a multi-use rotating joints serie. A pair of ball bearings assures a perfect alignement of seal faces with a low torque value of joint itself even in heavy working conditions. The balanced seal allows to keep the contacting faces under a nearly constant load, indipendently from the pressure of flow media so reducing the friction and the wear. Standard equipment provides for rotating seal of syntethic Carbon Graphite and for stationary seal of sinterized Silicon Carbide both interchangeable.Working with water, tests have shown this combination capable of lasting up many times longer than Carbon Graphite to Ceramic under the same working conditions. Where  a very wear resistance seal is request we can supply a combination SiC/SiC. The quick and easy replacement of both the Floating Seal and the Rotor Seal with the high wear resistance and long life make this serie the very economical solution to the problem of fluid transfer  from static to rotating parts.
